I am a 75 year old therapist, with a masters degree in clinical social work. I am very spiritual, a QHHT practitioner, and I use hypnotherapy as needed. I am certified in EMDR and use EMDR based therapy for those with trauma issues. I've been seeing clients for 14 years in the state of Washington and have a license to practice as a therapist there. I now work as a 'life coach ' in Minnesota as my MN therapy license expired during the Covid epidemic. I closed my office in MN at that time and now work strictly online. I do not accept any insurances. My fee is 150 for an hour session. Trauma from narcissism is one of my specialties.

Most of us have feelings of not being good enough or feel as if there is something wrong with us, etc. These feelings foster self doubt, confusion, anxiety, and depression. With professional help, you can remove these feelings and allow your clarity and happiness to surface. I know these issues from the inside out and will help you too find your way to joy.
