I work with teens, adults, families and couples looking to navigate life's transitions, learn to cope with anxiety and depression, strengthen bonds, learn effective communication skills and heal through trauma to mental wellness. I am looking for clients who want to feel better, who will do the work to get to the other side, of whatever is holding you back from being happy and well. I work with people ready for a real positive change, be that from day to day anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, relationship struggles or negative family dynamics.
I offer an empathic ear as well as being a partner on your journey to healing by teaching skills, providing psychoeducation, using multiple modalities and EMDR. I work with teens, adults, couples and families to work through life's trials and tribulations, to heal relationships, improve communication and provide relief from anxiety and depression.
