Counseling gives you an opportunity to explore barriers and potential possibilities and gain insight that could benefit how you move forward. I work with you to establish these barriers and learn tools and ways to overcome them. My hope through counseling is to build your toolbox so you can be successful in creating a life you love and deserve.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years of experience. My specialty is individual counseling with adults and teen/children. I use solution focus and a coaching style method. I used a variety of modalities including Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. With children I use explorative/play therapy.
I am considered an out of network provider for all insurance companies, which means that I do not accept insurance, but your provider may reimburse you for my cost. I offer a 30 minute free session for the first appointment. This gives us an opportunity to see if I am a good fit for you and for you to ask any questions about services.
