Are you experiencing a decline in sexual satisfaction or pleasure? Do you and your partner have different sexual preferences? Are you a consensual non-monogamist or exploring CNM and looking for a supportive space to talk? Are you 65+ and experiencing changes in sexual functioning or the loss of a partner? I work with clients of all ages, orientations/identities, and relationship structures. My goal is to support clients in their own journey towards a healthy, sexual relationship with self and others.
I believe emotional, physical, and spiritual health are interconnected. Varies areas of our lives intersect with our sexuality and sex lives. Just as we grow and change in life, we grow and change in our sexual lives. I help clients figure out what their sex life looks like now..not yesterday.
Sexual health and relationships are important factors for a well-balanced life. When these create distress in our life, overwhelming thoughts can make it hard to focus or complete tasks. It can create more strain in our relationships. Call or now to set up your intake appointment.

Groups
Cookies and Conversation
This group explores the connection between food and relationships. There are two things we need in life; food and sex. Both can be fun and pleasurable and they can also cause distress. How many times have you gotten into a fight with your partner around food? How many times did you not eat something out of shame or guilt? This group is facilitated by a relationship therapist and a registered nurse. It will explore the connection between food and relationships while providing tips to improve your experience with both!
