As a teen coping with my parents’ messy divorce, I turned to self-harm while also journeying through my own sexual self-discovery. Therapy and safe relationships helped me feel better by speaking about my pain rather than keeping it inside or taking it out on myself.
The hard work of learning how to identify and communicate my needs, set boundaries, and let go of parts of my past have led me to a life I love as a therapist, mother, and wife in an open marriage. I use my training in psychoanalysis, EMDR, social work, and my lived experience to help others safely open doors to themselves they might not have the chance to.
In our sessions, you will have the space and support to do the deep work of exploring your desires, processing traumatic experiences, and getting to the root causes of your suffering so that your past doesn’t prevent you from living your best life.
