General Information about Group Therapy at CCHC
Group therapy is an opportunity to understand the relationships we have with ourselves and others. Many of us have been hurt in relationships, requiring us to create protections and threat-mitigation strategies. Group is a great way to discover and work through these protections. Learn about your relationship patterns – your ability to trust, be vulnerable, set boundaries, identify your needs, make space to be seen and heard, express emotions, be aware of your protections, be accessible and responsive to others, and receive compassion and validation.
