I am a firm believer that the greatest experiences and our most difficult moments include other people. Relationships with others are not always easy to navigate. Experiences we have with other people can have a huge impact on how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. I love to support people exploring their relationship with themselves and how that can have a positive impact on our relationship with others. I have knowledge and experience working with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, parenting, postpartum and identity issues.
I'm highly-trained as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and trained in Gottman theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples counseling. Using compassion and respect, I'll focus on your strengths to facilitate positive, healthy life changes. Utilizing evidence based techniques and a holistic and warm approach, I can help you create more joy in life.
I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship. We'll work on what's most important to you, focusing on how you want to live life and addressing what's getting in the way. I offer secure teletherapy appointments for convenience to individuals who are navigating busy schedules or cannot get away to see a therapist in person.
