Welcome! I primarily specialize in treating OCD, picking/pulling disorders, body dysmorphia and anxiety disorders and also enjoy treating depression, trauma, couples, and spirituality struggles. I take a wholistic and trauma-informed approach. My techniques are founded in ERP and ACT for OCD, IFS and psychomotor for trauma, and EFT for couples. I believe in helping clients look much deeper into their childhood, past experiences, attachments, spirituality, physical health, connection to nature, and core beliefs. I would love to be on your team, helping you create a more meaningful life, less burdened by your OCD or other struggles.
Treatments I use: CBT-Exposure and Response Prevention, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for OCD. I take a trauma-informed approach using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and psychomotor approaches. Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples work.
I try my best to be down to earth and not too "therapisty". I will do my best to be authentic and real with you.
