I hope to build a strong therapeutic relationship with you so that you feel comfortable being and expressing yourself in a non-judgemental environment.
I have successfully worked with clients through a variety of issues. However, I have a passion for working with teens, young adults, and clients with anxiety disorders. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults with trauma and am trained in TF-CBT, CPT, and EMDR. I also believe in incorporating some integrative therapies when appropriate.
I prefer to take a collaborative approach with clients allowing them some autonomy to work through their issues. I act as a guide to my clients as they navigate through their issues.
