My approach integrates body, mind, and spirit – such as mindfulness/presence, somatic approaches, “parts” work, expressive arts, self-compassion, and energy awareness – with more traditional methods like cognitive behavioral therapy. I’m also an Ecotherapist, working with nature as a guide for healing, deeper meaning, and a sense of connection to the planet.
