Changes and transitions are hard for all of us. Sometimes they can be great things like a new job, relationship or family member and other times they are hard changes like a death or the loss of something important to us. Other times they are the result of a trauma that may be recent or may have happened a while ago. I have several years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, families and couples adapt creatively to these transitions in order to help them become the person they were created to be.
Sometimes life presents us with overwhelming and painful experiences. Providing empathetic treatment for individuals who have experienced difficult and traumatic experiences is a focus of my practice.
In the course of providing therapy to children, teens and adults I have heard many tragic and painful stories. Providing ethical and compassionate therapy to those who have experienced these experiences is the focus of my practice.
