Parents may have difficulty with their children's behaviors or life issues; and children need support and help too. Individuals and couples are welcome.
I offer on-line and in person individual, couples, and family therapy, I have over 9 years experience working with children, adults, couples and families. I help my clients learn to manage stress, anxiety, depression and many other life challenges. I am a client centered and a solution focused therapist. Therapy is your safe place, where you can feel heard.
