Each of us is on our own "hero's journey" through life. Do you feel stuck, lost, anxious or fearful on your journey and want to know which path to take? I'd love to help you find your way. Therapy is not an easy "fix" for the issues along your journey, but it is a helpful place to address underlying roots that cause disconnection with other and conflict within yourself. My ideal client is someone who is eager to explore the issues that keep them stuck. I enjoy helping people find their life path once again, or maybe for the first time. As of 10/4/24 I have two biweekly/every other week spots available!
I use Internal Family Systems (parts work), Somatic/Attachment Focused-EMDR (trauma reprocessing), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (mindful coping skills), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (thought work), Person-Centered Theory (respect of your process), & Polyvagal Theory (nervous system science). I am also an avid reader and recommend many books to my clients.
I feel passionate and inspired to help disconnected individuals reconnect to themselves and their personal journey. I guide and empower my clients to know all of themselves well.
