I am a licensed clinical social worker, with a background in child and family therapy, addictions, and mental health. I have over ten years of experience working in hospitals, clinics, schools, and non-profit organizations. Whether you are experiencing a challenging moment in your life or you've had chronic mental illness for years, I love helping clients find joy in their lives.
I use a personalized approach and evidence based therapies to help explore and lessen the difficulty of living with mental illness. I enjoy working together with clients to create individualized treatment plans that focus on specific attainable goals and helping clients achieve those goals one by one.
