I specialize in helping clients (re)discover themselves, work through unresolved issues, and cope with life transitions while providing an authentic, comfortable and supportive environment. I believe the counseling relationship is crucial in the healing journey and I provide a laid back and relatable approach to therapy. I have over 10 years of experience working with men, particularly Black men, to achieve a better, healthier and healed life.
I tailor my approach to your mental and emotional needs by providing individualized, culturally sensitive services to help you embrace your authentic self and equip you with new ways to navigate life. I pride myself on offering the professional help you need with the relatable approach that you want! I provide telehealth counseling to clients in NC and TX.
For potential supervisees, I provide LCMHCA (NC) and LPC-A (TX) clinical supervision. In supervision, I will assist you with mastering clinical skills and developing your own authentic and culturally competent counselor identity. I offer virtual supervision only at this time.
