This group focuses on supporting clinicians who seek to integrate body-based, somatic, polyvagal-informed, and holistic frameworks into other approaches that are generally considered evidence-based and backed by clinical research. Participants often provide top-down cognitive approaches like CBT and DBT and seek to integrate experiential, holistic, bottom-up approaches like Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and energy healing. Both newer clinicians and more seasoned providers are welcome. We meet online on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 4pm to 5:30pm. Minimum 6-month commitment and initial individual consultation required.

This group is appropriate for graduates working toward licensure as professional counselor in the state of Georgia. We meet biweekly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month from 4pm to 5:30pm. Supervisees must also complete two individual meetings annually. We address professional identity development and case consultation. My background includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), Exposure and Response/Ritual Prevention (ERP), Somatic Experiencing, clinical hypnotherapy, and trauma healing. My approach is also compassion- and mindfulness-based, holistic, integrative, and uses anti-oppressive and liberation focused approaches to counseling and professional development.
