Self-doubt, shame, and rejection by the ones we love are some of the most psychologically painful experiences a person can endure. Any one or combination of these three can leave us spinning in confusion and frustration about what to do or try to make things better. Inner peace and relationship happiness frequently lie just out of reach but it’s hard to know where to get help that’s applicable directly to you and your situation. Often it feels like we have exhausted all our options, but sometimes all that is needed is a trained eye with an unbiased perspective on the situation. This is exactly what therapy can provide for you.

While I have a passion for working with couples, I see a wide range of individuals struggling with various challenges in life as well. I make sure to work with my clients in a collaborative way that ensures that therapy is best tailored to the client’s needs and preferences. I currently have Tues-Thurs and Sun availability.
