So many of us experience anxiety, depression, addiction, or other disruptions in mood or behavior, that may affect our ability to live productive lives or merely be our best selves; using a whole person, mindfulness approach, my goal is to help you identify areas in life where you feel challenged, stagnant or in need of focus, then work together to develop more adaptive means of coping and face such struggles head-on. Connecting our minds, bodies and empowerment ideals, assisting clients as they begin their journey of wellness/recovery utilizing mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, and brief/solutions focused therapies. I also embrace less traditional approaches to treatment highlighting fitness, nutrition and mind/body wellness.
