I support caring people to overcome painful ruptures in their lives and activate their creativity, presence and relationships. By accessing my family lineage of expressive arts and 15 years of community mental health, I am able to strategically hold space for people to amplify their authentic voice, and cultivate compassionate power. Using powerful modalities of somatic evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Brainspotting, expressive arts, and transformative justice we can together ignite imagination, creativity, and healthy relationship building. These approaches help people live with a greater sense of ease and purpose.
I help individuals, groups, and organizations build non-violent communication and nurturing skills to resolve problems and overcome ruptures, loss, and intergenerational traumatic pain. For organizations, I assist in integrating whole-person trauma-informed apprioaches. I offer individual psychotherapy sessions, coaching, and consulting.
