I am passionate about working with individuals seeking to process and heal from complex trauma whether that is from childhood abuse, abusive relationships, traumatic grief, or a difficult past with your family of origin. I am also passionate about working with adults who suspect they are neurodivergent or have a new diagnosis of ADHD. I am EMDR-Certified.

I want to help you understand the “why” you may be searching for when you react in a way you’d rather not towards your partner, your children, or your friends. I want to help you build compassion for yourself in regard to those behaviors and guide you on ways to regulate your emotions. And, ultimately, I want to help you live your life the way you want to.

I worked for non-profit agencies for 10 years prior to opening my own practice. I am passionate about accessible care and understanding my client's backgrounds, even when they differ from my own.
