My approach is rooted in a psychodynamic lens, pulling from mindfulness practices, creative arts therapies, and shadow work. Together, we will explore ways that early experiences and the unconscious influence current patterns.
I approach therapy with curiosity and empathy, but I also believe in the transformative power of challenge. My goal is to foster a safe and inclusive environment for you to work through difficulties and move toward self-acceptance and healing.
