My style is empathic, direct, and collaborative. You are the expert on your life. My role is to listen with curiosity, encourage, offer insight, and provide direction (including education and resources). My specialties include supporting people through experiences of grief, depression, trauma stemming from childhood sexual abuse, and suicidal thoughts.

I am down-to-earth and calm. Assertive while empathic; encouraging without enabling.
