I am currently not accepting new clients at this time. So much of our daily life involves interactions and relationships with others. Often these relationships are affecting us more than we realize and may cause difficulties in the home, at work or socially. I am here to help couples and individuals understand how to better manage their challenges such as depression, anxiety, personal loss, infidelity, substance abuse, and self-esteem issues. As a relationship therapist, I am experienced and trained to focus on relational issues as well as the everyday struggles of the individual. I can only accept insurance for individuals.
While understanding that the future is what we have the ability to change, certain aspects of our past may impact our present and these issues cannot be overlooked. I am here to assist my clients with a plan to find positive change in their lives with an integrated model of treatment which utilizes aspects of Solution-focused therapy and Strategic therapy.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families as well as those in recovery from alcohol and substance abuse in private practice and community mental health clinic settings. My goal is to help you develop clarity and insight to face your challenges and to support you in identifying and enhancing your inner strength and resilience.
