Life can be hard. We live in a fast paced culture that places demands on us from all different directions until we feel overwhelmed and burnt out. It can be easy to internalize these pressures resulting in emotional discord, anxiety, and stress. All of us want and deserve a life of happiness and fulfilment, yet so many of us struggle to get there. Using an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, I help individuals find relief from the following issues: trauma, addictions, relationship problems and mood disorders. As a creative and spiritual practitioner, I love working with fellow artists, musicians and folks who identify as spiritual.
