My practice is deeply empathetic and intuitive, utilizes unique life experience and is rooted in the psychodynamic and attachment theory modalities. I apply analytic, trauma-informed care, CBT, and other evidence-based practices, which allows clients to see real and actual positive changes in their lives. For me, process and progress go hand in hand.
