I help children and adolescents who are showing signs of anxiety, OCD and depression. I am here to provide evidence-based treatment for these symptoms and compassionate support to parents and families.
I work with children to understand their symptoms and to provide the child with tools to help themselves; with parents to empower you to help your child; and with parents and children together to educate you about how anxiety works and how to overcome it as a family.
Although I specialize in helping anxious or depressed kids and teens (including symptoms of general anxiety, specific phobias, school refusal and obsessive compulsive disorder), I am also extensively trained in working with adults with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other concerns.
