OCD Life Group

The OCD life group is for individuals who have received CBT or ERP therapy for OCD. The group is focused on how to live while managing your OCD and how to prevent relapse. The group meets online once a week and new members are accepted. The group lasts 1.15 hours. There is a structured lesson and then a discussion. The group is limited to 10 members and meets on Thursday evenings at 6:15 pm. Please call 260-823-3100. Next group starts end of Mid January, 2023.

SPACE FOR CHILD ANXIETY Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions What is SPACE? SPACE teaches parents to recognize their child's behaviors, their own interactions to their child's anxiety, and to implement plans for reducing their child's anxious behaviors. THE CHILD DOES NOT NEED TO ATTEND. Parents maintain an empathic and supportive attitude towards their child while increasing parents' ability to work cooperatively to reduce child's anxiety and increase support. Parents are taught skills that will continue to support and help their child.

Clarity's Thrive Parenting is targeted toward families who need help with children who have ADHD. This is a comprehensive group/workshop in a small group format for families looking for a thorough approach to effectively address their child's ADHD needs. Our program is based on recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics and from programs that have been empirically shown to help families and children with ADHD. For parents and caregivers who have a child with ADHD under age 12. Class is on ZOOM.
