Accepting New Clients - Let’s make a change together! I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, and school/work/relationship struggles, and provide support through difficult situations like divorce, abuse, or the loss of a loved one. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to meet you wherever you are on your healing journey. Working with my clients to set goals and put strategies in place to reach those goals, is a key component of my counseling.
My approach to therapy acknowledges that everyone’s journey is different. We'll explore how our mental health affects our body and spirit, so that we can develop strategies to restore a sense of safety in the body and lead to more lasting and comprehensive change. In order to truly heal, we must address our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Many of us feel anxious and tired. With so much that feels out of our control, I encourage clients to return to their bodies and into the present moment.
