Hello! I believe the therapeutic relationship is best served by establishing clear goals and outcomes and using evidence-based treatments. I assess and understand the developmental stages and needs of a client. And, I commit to working as hard as you in therapy. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities. I work with women, men, and teens; individuals and families; gay, straight, trans, queer, and questioning. I am trained in multiple modalities such as: EMDR, CBT, Somatic therapies, and Mindfulness practices.
I also have a specialty, and advanced training, treating recent/acute trauma & pervasive/persistent anxiety. I absolutely know, by seeing my client's successes, anyone can heal, thrive, and renew their passion for life and love, no matter what has happened.
