I work with individuals and couples to identify their needs and take action to meet them. My therapeutic approach starts with building a strong relationship with the client in order to help identify these patterns to create lasting change. Together, we will find your resiliency, to rise with your strengths towards your own personal goals.
I am an experienced and formally trained DBT therapist. Together, we practice skills such as Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. These skills assist individuals in navigating their management of Anxiety, Depression, & Panic, while Building Healthy Relationships, Improving Self-Esteem, Achieving Balance.
Lack of connection with a therapist can be a challenge for some people. I am a therapist who values the therapeutic relationship first and foremost. It is the most effective tool in creating change in an individual. For more than 5 years I have worked to help individuals, and couples achieve that.
