Thank you for taking time to look at my profile. After giving a lot of careful thought about whether or not counseling is for you, or if it's time yet, - sifting through so many profiles can seem overwhelming. So, once again, thank you for looking. For me, counseling is about empowerment, acceptance, and connection - to self, first. I provide guidance and support to people experiencing a high level of stress. Together we will work to manage difficult life circumstances, make improvement in areas you wish, and ease/eliminate negativity.
I am a mindfulness based practitioner who offers traditional "talk" therapy in combination with Hypnotherapy, NLP, Brainspotting, experiential mindfulness, and Reiki. My goal is to help you learn and achieve self-compassion, develop self-care techniques, identify and achieve desired outcomes, and honor your time for yourself, and loved ones, as "Sacred".
