My approach is collaborative and creative. I use somatic techniques, movement, meditation and breathwork to ground you to the present so that we can safely process and release trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, pain and grief that has been stored in the body. I teach tangible skills to use in between sessions to help with emotional regulation and coping.
Dealing with insurance can be frustrating; I can assist by verifying your out of network benefits and filing all insurance claims after each session, which helps you get reimbursed faster. I am available on weekdays for virtual sessions and offer a free 15 min phone consultation. I am licensed to practice in NY & CA. For NY clients, telehealth sessions only.
