I will guide you toward greater self-worth so you can ask for and have the rich life and meaningful relationships you want and deserve. I work with all kinds of clients in all kinds of configurations. I meet with individuals, couples, and families, and I like to work with clients across time. I will offer you support as your life unfolds.

I am eager to have conversations with individuals, couples, and families as they sort through complicated feelings, try out new ways of being, or just get to be vulnerable for a bit. I am especially interested in working with clients and families living with chronic illness. My first career was as an RN and I have personal experience with chronic illness.

It can be hard to admit when you are feeling low, but admitting these feelings is courageous, compassionate, and kind. Even kinder is taking some time out each week to examine your thoughts and feelings with a therapist. Reaching out to a therapist is the first step to making a positive change in your life.
