I work with clients from my foundation and extensive training in Contemplative Psychotherapy. From there, my work lends itself to be trauma-oriented, attachment based, mindfulness and compassion focused. Yes, compassion is a key ingredient to healing!

Equine Assisted Therapy Group
Come experience Equine Assisted Group Therapy within a supportive container! The Laughing Buck Farm Nonprofit, along with an advanced Equine Specialist, Rachel, and myself have teamed up to offer this unique 5 week series. Our group focuses on the cultivation of mindfulness as it relates to one’s self, equines and peer relationships A weekly therapeutic theme will be presented that coincidences with our activities.
