I work with individuals ages 18-35 who are ready to deeply engage in self-exploration and self-discovery. Through our work together you will become better equipped to recognize unconscious or unhelpful patterns and beliefs and replace them with a more authentic and aligned way of being.
My areas of focus include: identity development, queerness, relationships, sexual well-being, and self-worth. I also enjoy working with those in helping professions. My approach is humanistic, feminist and relational. I often incorporate elements of mindfulness to help develop a greater sense of the present moment and ease in one's physical body.
