Are you tired of the same argument, different day? I assist couples in developing safety and vulnerability to strengthen the relationship bond and learn how to repair ruptures in the relationship. Many of us never learned how to have our emotional needs met, or how to respond to someone's emotional needs. It can feel as unfamiliar as being expected to speak a foreign language.
I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to assist clients in understanding their own inner world, learn how to reach for connection, and know how to respond when your partner reaches out. Through intentional conversations I help clients experience emotional intimacy and connection that avoids blame and criticism.
I offer a warm, down to earth, and collaborative approach. I am committed to racial/social justice, and equality.
