Accepting new clients (in-person and virtually) - Life can be a struggle and often times you can feel unheard, battling with trauma, and the stressors of life from work to school to family. These challenges alone can be so draining, demanding and overwhelming. My goal is to best benefit you, by helping you see the importance of seeking professional help when experiencing these issues. In utilizing different evidence-based practices to help you to cope with your issues but also to be able to navigate effectively in order to live a productive and fulfilling life.
As a new clinician that specializes with working with individuals and couples. My focus is on CBT and person-centered therapy in helping to cope with anxiety, depression, and trauma as you reach your personal goal. Incorporate mindfulness techniques can open your mind to able to relax, become aware of your stressors, and develop ways to cope with stress.
I know that taking the step to seek therapy can produce some uncertainties but we can work through this together. Starting with creating that safe space so you can feel comfortable with not only sharing but being you (your authentic you). So, just know I am here for you.
