If you are a couple looking for help, or if you are an adult struggling with ADHD, then I can help. I work with couples to help them move from feeling unloved, unimportant, lonely, and unheard to connecting and feeling loved, wanted, and heard. I help those with ADHD identify what causes stress and keeps them stuck. Then we work together to find ways to move forward and to address symptoms that get in the way of success and accomplishment. I work with premarital couples to help them identify potential problems and to gain skills to have strong, connected marriages. I am a certified facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich Program.
I work from a systemic perspective, looking at your problems from the larger context of your relationships (family of origin to immediate family and friends) to address the details of your life. Using a variety of evidence-based methods, we'll work together to design a treatment plan for your unique situation.
