I believe that the deepest healing happens when therapy is rooted in connection, empathy, and compassion, so my first goal is to create an environment in which you feel understood and supported. Strengthening these relationships is a primary focus of my therapeutic approach, along with the attainment of embodiment, mindfulness, and freedom. I work from a psychodynamic and experiential perspective to guide you towards an experience of authenticity and alignment with yourself, others, and the world.
As a parent, I understand the intensity and complexity of family relationships, so the family system is an important point of exploration in my work with clients. My work with individuals and couples is rooted in depth psychology, existential, and experiential approaches, while also employing principles of neurobiology and Buddhism.
My goal is to support you in your unique journey, building on your inner wisdom, and moving towards a more integrated sense of being, which allows thoughts, emotions, and the whole range of human experience to flow in an enriching and harmonious way. Two Mixed Gender Process Groups
I facilitate two mixed gender interpersonal process groups that meet weekly on zoom. These groups are for people interested in meaningful and deep interpersonal work, where we focus on emotional communication, intimacy, and connection. Group is a place where you can try new things, share thoughts and feelings that don't often get expressed, give and receive feedback, work on attachment wounds, and develop deep and meaningful relationships with other people who are wanting to be more authentic.
