I have training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), earned Trauma Across the Lifespan and TF-CBT Specializations, and have training in Trauma Play. I use evidence-based treatments: value play, creativity, honesty, integrity, and compassion; and enjoy teaching clients about their wonderfully adaptive brains and bodies.
