Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse

This is a closed ongoing group of 5-7 members. We focus on healing from the impact childhood sexual abuse has the self, on one's relationship with others, money, and more. Such an experience in childhood often results in Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which can be far-reaching. This group helps members to connect, unburden shame, and move towards connection and wholeness. We use parts work and psycho-education to help members understand their healing journey.
