As a counselor, my role is to provide that support and guidance which is crucial for women facing various difficulties in life. Being able to share your concerns, feelings, and experiences in a safe and understanding environment can often make a significant difference in how you navigate and cope with life's challenges.
I have a genuine passion for helping women who struggle with depression and anxiety. I have a very approachable personality which creates a comfortable and safe space for my clients to open up. I specialize in empathic listening and use a variety of evidenced based treatments. I also like to base my practice from Christian perspectives.
