I employ evidence-based strategies to build skills and effectiveness, but recognize that the quality of the client-therapist relationship is the best predictor of healthy outcomes. I integrate what I consider to be the most helpful aspects of multiple theoretical perspectives, based on the needs and wishes of my clients.
