Sharing your life with someone can seem daunting, so I strive to create a non-judgmental, neurodivergent affirming, and accepting environment where you feel safe to explore challenging ideas and get to know yourself
My areas of experience are anxiety/depression, trauma, grief, attachment, and relationship re-focus. I also have extensive experience in career counseling and career transition.
