I have advanced training in perinatal mental health as well as extensive expertise and experience in child development and in providing supportive services for young adults and parents of small children. I also find great joy in supporting individuals in their self-discovery process and in navigating the healing process from trauma.

I have Advanced Training in Perinatal Mental Health, which aids me to better understand the struggles in your parenting journey.
