I enjoy working with people with a wide range of concerns, such as relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, grief, anxiety, OCD, and depression. In my work, I help individuals strengthen their mindful awareness of emotions and patterns in relationships.
I completed a clinical fellowship and worked for several years at Michigan Medicine before setting up my practice. I have pursued extensive training in evidence based modalities (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention). I also have training Complicated Grief Treatment and psychodynamic therapy.
I work collaboratively with my clients, tailoring my treatment approach to best meet their needs. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic alliance. Above all, I strive to provide a compassionate environment that welcomes clients of all backgrounds.
