Hi! My name is Chase Uribe. I see people in-person in our office, in parks and nature and telehealth anywhere in CA. I provide therapy to children and youth 7-17, adults of all ages for individual therapy and couples/relationships for counseling/therapy and marital counseling. My experience includes supporting people with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, PTSD, suicidal ideation/thoughts and trauma. I work from various modalities/techniques including Person-Centered Theory, Solution-Focused Theory, Strengths-Based and Empowerment, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Motivational Enhancement Theory and Ecotherapy/Nature-Therapy. I integrate breathwork, guided imagery, art and nature as well as religion and spirituality into therapy.
