My role in this therapeutic process is to take a non-judgmental stance to motivate change through helping you identify, navigate, and cope effectively with unhealthy thoughts and behaviors.
I use a multidisciplinary approach including behavioral, cognitive, client centered and holistic psychotherapy to form individualized treatment plans. Thereby creating an atmosphere of trust, support and acceptance. My specialty areas include but are not limited to: anxiety, depression; grief and loss; perinatal mood disorders ; trauma; relationship issues.
