Some of our work together will involve exploring your past experiences - perhaps with a harsh or critical parent, or the absence of emotional support you needed.

I truly believe the connection you have with your therapist is critical. Our therapeutic relationship, along with my nurturing style, can be reparative in improving or accepting other relational aspects in your life. I welcome you to schedule a consultation to see if I am the right fit for you.

I've completed post-graduate psychoanalytic training and have a certificate in Emotionally Focused Therapy. While I am not in-network with insurance, I can help you best utilize your Out-of-Network benefits through your insurance carrier. I currently offer teletherapy, though I intend to return to the office at some point in the future.
