I specialize in treating children and adolescents who may be experiencing behavioral challenges, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, PTSD and eating disorders. I treat adults who may have past history of trauma. My focus is on developing a safe, trusting and strong therapeutic relationship in order for healing to occur and to have a sense of hope restored. I engage clients through a use of a number of therapeutic approaches including; superhero therapy (with kids and adolescents), motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

I am a certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who specializes in treating children, adolescents and adults who have experienced complex trauma in their lives.

As a clinical social worker, my goal is to assist individuals in calming life(s) "storms." Through therapy we can gain insight into ourselves and develop ways to effectively cope and heal.
